Suggested Gratitude Practices
1. Every night and/or every morning, make a list in your mind of what you are thankful for.
2. Journal at least 5 things per day that you are grateful for in your life.
3. Write a letter to your Higher Power or God stating what you are thankful for now
and what you are thankful for in your future. This is a very powerful practice
4. Send out Thank You cards to those who you appreciate.
5. Stop and take a break at work and be thankful.
