JULY 2026

JULY   2026

Just like spreading love, joy, and peace in an often unkind world, kindness is a healing balm that is contagious. Let’s spread it abundantly. I know when I’m in the zone of compassioniate caring, it’s so easy to spread positivity and light. To send blessings to all. And I know that all love and blessings are felt. Like fireflies, they flit across the world, lighting up each person’s heart, unbeknownst to them. Gratitude is akin to love, peace, joy and kind acts. When I am feeling those high consciousness emotions, I can only be thankful. They just belong together.

I encourage each of us to spread more kindness every single day. Take the high road if someone is rudeto you. Respond with love. This is a high calling. I want to react in anger when someone tries to burst my bubble of positiivity. I find I am sometimes unkind to those closest to me. As soon as I can, I make amends, and this is new territory for me. I would let anger or resentment stay in my body, festering. Yet, it so much healthier to let it go, to ask for forgiveness when I’m wrong, and to consciously let my mind be transformed to higher vibrations. In this enews, I offer some ideas to kindle loving kindness, to yourself and to others. And I am thankful for each person reading this. Namaste

“A single act of kindness throws out roots in all directions, and the roots spring up and make new trees. The greatest work kindness does to others is that it makes them kind themselves.”

Amelia Earhart

Be Kind

“Be a true representative of the goodness in your heart, and don’t expect it to be easy or even noticed.”

Adyashanti

I am grateful to be kind; to pay it forward, not expecting anything in return. The payback is in my own heart and soul, when I know I have been the best person I can be.

Kindness for kindness’ sake!

May the world be transformed with more lovingkindness and peace, and may it start with each one of us.

Deborah Perdue

AFFIRMATIONS

I send love and compassion to all those around me, seeing their spirits lifted up with joy.
I am kind to myself as well as others.
Kindness heals, and I give it freely.

As we move into this beautiful month of July, may kindness begin with us. May we offer it freely to others, receive it graciously ourselves,
and remember that even the smallest act of compassion has the power to brighten a life.

Happy July to my Gratitude Tribe. Wishing you joy, peace, kindness, and much love!

With a grateful heart,
Deborah, Gratitude Gal
